Confirm a rate

Before booking, confirm the rate. This re-prices it against the source and checks it is still available, then stores the confirmed rate so you can create an order from it.

GET/v3/HAPI/hotels/rates/{id}

Requires the hotels:read scope. The {id} is the hrt_ id from a search.

Confirmation is required before an order. Creating an order from a rate you have not confirmed in the current session returns 409 rate_not_revalidated. Confirm the rate immediately before creating the order, and read the returned total and cancellation so you charge and disclose the confirmed terms.

Errors

Status	Code	Meaning
404	`rate_not_found`	The id is malformed or not a rate id.
409	`rate_expired`	The rate is no longer available; run a fresh search.
